2. Quiénes somos y qué ofrecemos
KEIZAC TECH (marca comercial de Elvys Rosario) es una agencia de automatizaciones con inteligencia artificial. Diseñamos, construimos y operamos, entre otros: agentes de IA que atienden llamadas y mensajes, automatizaciones de procesos, dashboards de negocio y soluciones de ciberseguridad.
Los servicios pueden contratarse como proyectos de pago único o como suscripciones mensuales (operación, mantenimiento y soporte). El alcance concreto de cada servicio se define en la propuesta o contrato que firmes con nosotros; en caso de conflicto, prevalece ese contrato.
3. Cuentas del portal de clientes
Debes facilitar información veraz y mantenerla actualizada.
Eres responsable de la confidencialidad de tus credenciales y de la actividad de tu cuenta. Avísanos de inmediato ante cualquier uso no autorizado.
Las cuentas son para uso del negocio titular; no compartas el acceso con terceros ajenos a tu empresa.
Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos o comprometan la seguridad de la plataforma.
4. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
Usar el sitio o los servicios para fines ilegales, fraudulentos o que infrinjan derechos de terceros.
Intentar acceder a datos de otros clientes, vulnerar la seguridad o interferir con el funcionamiento de la plataforma.
Extraer contenido de forma masiva (scraping), inyectar código malicioso o abusar de los formularios y del chat.
Usar nuestros sistemas de IA para generar contenido ilegal, difamatorio o dañino.
5. Pagos y facturación
Los precios se muestran en dólares estadounidenses (US$) salvo indicación en contra. Los proyectos de pago único se facturan según el calendario acordado en la propuesta; las suscripciones se facturan por adelantado cada mes y no tienen permanencia. Las condiciones completas —incluida la garantía de 30 días y las cancelaciones— están en la Política de Ventas y Reembolsos.
6. Propiedad intelectual
El sitio keizac.shop, su marca, diseño, textos y código son propiedad de KEIZAC TECH. No se te concede ningún derecho sobre ellos por usar el sitio.
Los entregables construidos para ti (automatizaciones, agentes, dashboards) se rigen por tu contrato: salvo pacto distinto, el cliente recibe una licencia de uso sobre el sistema entregado para su negocio; KEIZAC TECH conserva la titularidad de sus herramientas, librerías y know-how genéricos reutilizables en otros proyectos.
Los datos y contenidos de tu negocio siguen siendo tuyos; nos concedes solo el permiso necesario para operar el servicio.
7. Servicios de terceros y disponibilidad
La plataforma se apoya en servicios de terceros (por ejemplo Google Firebase para autenticación, proveedores de telefonía, mensajería o correo). No controlamos esos servicios y su indisponibilidad puede afectar temporalmente al nuestro. Procuramos una alta disponibilidad, pero el sitio y el portal se ofrecen sin garantía de funcionamiento ininterrumpido; los compromisos de nivel de servicio, si los hay, van en tu contrato.
8. Sobre los sistemas de IA
Los agentes de inteligencia artificial pueden producir respuestas incorrectas o incompletas. Configuramos y supervisamos los sistemas para minimizarlo, pero la salida de una IA no constituye asesoría legal, médica, financiera ni profesional, y debes revisar las decisiones importantes antes de actuar. Eres responsable del uso que tu negocio haga de las respuestas generadas.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, KEIZAC TECH no responderá por daños indirectos, lucro cesante, pérdida de datos o daños consecuenciales derivados del uso del sitio o de los servicios. Nuestra responsabilidad total agregada quedará limitada al importe que nos hayas pagado por el servicio afectado en los 12 meses anteriores al hecho que origine la reclamación. Nada en estos términos limita responsabilidades que la ley no permita limitar.
10. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el sitio y pedirnos el cierre de tu cuenta en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o terminar el acceso si incumples estos términos, con aviso razonable salvo urgencia de seguridad. Las cláusulas que por su naturaleza deban sobrevivir (propiedad intelectual, limitación de responsabilidad, ley aplicable) seguirán vigentes.
11. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de New Jersey, Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa se someterá a los tribunales estatales y federales con sede en New Jersey, Estados Unidos, sin perjuicio de los derechos que como consumidor puedan corresponderte en tu lugar de residencia.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using keizac.shop, creating a client-portal account or hiring our services, you accept these Terms of Use and the policies that accompany them (Privacy, Sales & Refunds and Cookies). If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.
2. Who we are and what we offer
KEIZAC TECH (a trade name of Elvys Rosario) is an AI automation agency. We design, build and operate, among others: AI agents that answer calls and messages, process automations, business dashboards and cybersecurity solutions.
Services can be hired as one-time projects or as monthly subscriptions (operation, maintenance and support). The specific scope of each service is defined in the proposal or contract you sign with us; if there is any conflict, that contract prevails.
3. Client portal accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Accounts are for the account-holding business; do not share access with third parties outside your company.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or compromise platform security.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the site or services for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
Attempt to access other clients’ data, breach security or interfere with the platform’s operation.
Scrape content at scale, inject malicious code or abuse the forms and chat.
Use our AI systems to generate illegal, defamatory or harmful content.
5. Payments and billing
Prices are shown in US dollars (US$) unless stated otherwise. One-time projects are billed on the schedule agreed in the proposal; subscriptions are billed monthly in advance with no lock-in. Full conditions — including the 30-day guarantee and cancellations — are in the Sales & Refunds Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The keizac.shop site, its brand, design, copy and code belong to KEIZAC TECH. Using the site grants you no rights over them.
Deliverables built for you (automations, agents, dashboards) are governed by your contract: unless agreed otherwise, the client receives a license to use the delivered system for their business; KEIZAC TECH retains ownership of its generic tools, libraries and reusable know-how.
Your business data and content remain yours; you grant us only the permission needed to operate the service.
7. Third-party services and availability
The platform relies on third-party services (for example Google Firebase for authentication, telephony, messaging or email providers). We do not control those services, and their downtime may temporarily affect ours. We aim for high availability, but the site and portal are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; service-level commitments, if any, are set out in your contract.
8. About AI systems
Artificial-intelligence agents can produce incorrect or incomplete answers. We configure and monitor the systems to minimize this, but AI output is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and you should review important decisions before acting. You are responsible for how your business uses the generated answers.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KEIZAC TECH will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or services. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the site and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, with reasonable notice except in security emergencies. Clauses that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will remain in force.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any dispute will be submitted to the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, United States, without prejudice to any consumer rights you may have where you live.
